When will my Storm Chasers merchandise ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During the baseball season or following major team announcements, processing may take up to 5 business days before shipping via your selected carrier.
Can I return or exchange items purchased at Werner Park?
Yes, items purchased at the Werner Park team store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please bring your original receipt.
Do you offer international shipping for fans outside the US?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available to select countries; shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
